Rates and Availability

Prices vary between £600 and £1,200 per week depending upon the time of year.

Rentals are normally Saturday to Saturday but we will be flexible depending upon availability.

Discounts for stays of three weeks or longer are available.

Prices include bed linen, towels, heating and air conditioning but please note that our towels are not to be taken away from the house.

A cot and a high chair are available at no extra cost. There are also bicycles available for guests to use.

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking. The balance of the rental is payable in full no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

Prices are quoted in £ sterling but you may pay in Euros using the current rate of exchange.
