La Maison du Midi is over 190sqm on three levels and sleeps 2-8 people in three or four bedrooms. This house has been completely renovated inside and out and was new to the holiday market in 2008.

Access to the house is through the door on the south facing terrace. This terrace also has two French windows that allow direct access to the lounge dining room and to the terrace lounge.

The lounge dining room with open plan kitchen is 35sqm. There is a seating area with satellite TV, DVD, telephone and free wi-fi. There is a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The terrace lounge has three chairs, two of which are chair beds, with TV and CD player. This room can be a forth bedroom.

There is a bathroom on this level with bath, separate thermostatic shower, WC and basin.

There are stairs from the hallway down to the summer kitchen with access to the east facing terrace and the pool area through a large picture window. The summer kitchen has an electric oven, a electric hob, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is a dining area on the east terrace with a gas barbecue.

Back at the hallway on the main floor there are stairs up to the top floor and three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with a thermostatic shower, WC and basin. This bedroom has windows facing south and east with wonderful views over the adjoining vineyards (see above). Bedroom 2 has a king size double bed and a single day bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. This bedroom has a window facing south over the adjoining vineyard. There is a cot available.

The house is fully fitted with reversible climate control.

The swimming pool is kidney shaped and is fenced for safety. The pool area can also be accessed through the garden from the south terrace. There is a good sized sun deck beside the pool that enjoys sunshine all day. Loungers are provided and there is also a cold shower area.

In the garden there are fig, walnut and olive trees and vines grow around the house. There is also a masonry barbecue on the south side of the garden.
